Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If there is a problem with tree work at your home, a good first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Innerpsychological Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
